Used for heat treatment for friction product.
2. Features
The machine is integrated the technology of Germany, Japan and Canada, sufficing advanced technology and development need. Compared with traditional the same kind of produce, this machine has been adopted ceiling-placed-heating tube, and installed the special fan-motor for heat circle.
1) Auto control temperature by set program, 6 points temperature curve is output by temperature recording instrument.
2) High air pressure, high wind speed, big wind fluxes, heat wind circle, ensuring the temperature balance even under high tight stack condition.
3) Effective area temperature balance± 2 C in the box (empty state)
4) The box equips with special extractor fan, strengthen the air exchange in the case, control flammable air quantity. It can be set the time of exhaust in the program so that control flammable air proportion.
5) Reduce heat tube temperature. Use special heat tube with radiating fin, which can reduce the temperature of surface of tube and increase the security
6) There is a prevent explode exit behind the machine. Once explode, can discharge the air quickly, reduce or prevent to damage.
7) Adopt double plate displacement hole melody wind design, regulate quantity of come out wind, make heat balance of the inside of case arriving high degree.
