Equipment Features
This product is a semi-closed-loop vertical machining center with servo direct control of X, Y, and Z axes. The X, Y, and Z axes are roller linear guides. The guide rails are wide, have a large span, and have a compact structure. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt. It can realize one-time clamping of various complex parts such as disks, plates, shells, cams, and molds, and can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small and medium-sized batches of products, and can meet the processing of complex and high-precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotating axis to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
  1. The main basic parts such as base, slide seat, workbench, column, spindle box and so on are made of HT300 cast iron; the base and slide seat are box-type structures, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure ensures high rigidity, bending resistance and shock absorption. The A-shaped bridge-span column and internal grid-like ribs effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy during strong Z-axis cutting; the basic parts are made of resin sand and have undergone aging treatment, which guarantees the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.
  2. The X, Y, and Z axes all use linear roller guides, combined with automatic forced lubrication, to reduce the frictional resistance of the feed motion, reduce low-speed crawling, and improve the accuracy and life of the machine tool.
  3. The Z-direction drive motor adopts high torque drive and has a power-off braking device.
  4. The feeds in the three directions of X, Y and Z adopt high-speed and silent ball screws; The drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw without backlash, ensuring the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;
  5. It adopts a high-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle unit with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, and the maximum speed can reach 8000rpm;
  6. The spindle adopts a central air blowing structure. When the spindle releases the tool, the central high-pressure gas is quickly used to clean the inner cone of the spindle to ensure the accuracy and life of the tool clamping;
  7. The guide rails and screws in the three directions of X, Y, and Z all adopt fully enclosed protective devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails and the transmission and movement accuracy and life of the machine tool;
  8. The machine tool adopts a fully protective structure design, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable;
  9. Use a reliable centralized automatic lubrication device to automatically lubricate each lubrication point of the machine tool intermittently and quantitatively, and the lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions;
  10.
