1.Equipment Features
1. The machine adopts high-quality cast iron 30-degree inclined bed structure, with strong bending and torsional stiffness.
2. C3 grade ball screw and NSK special bearing ensure stable positioning machining accuracy.
3. The spindle adopts high-precision P4 level angular contact ball bearings, with a combination of front three and rear two load designs, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy.
4. It adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo motor and Taiwan's SYNTEC servo motor, with full pulse control for accurate, precise, and fast positioning. It can be used for functions such as Cs contour axis and rigid tapping.
5. The maximum diameter of the bar material passing through the SJ-46 series turning and milling composite CNC lathe is Φ 45mm, with a maximum X-axis travel of 550mm, and up to 10 tools installed;
6. Maximum rotation diameter of the spindle is Φ 400mm, capable of processing disc parts;
7. Optional auxiliary devices such as high-pressure cooling device, oil bath feeder, automatic chip conveyor, etc.
